It all starts with your design. We accept high-resolution files (PNG, TIFF, or PDF) at 300 DPI, which are processed through professional RIP software. This system prepares your file for textile printing, adjusting colors, calculating ink volume, and preserving detail down to fine lines or gradients. For most garments, especially darker ones, we apply a calibrated pretreatment solution that helps ink stay sharp and vibrant. This layer is heat-pressed to ensure smoothness and prevent ink bleed during printing.

After pretreatment, the garment is mounted on the printer’s flat platen. Using real-time preview tools, we align the design to match your selected placement - whether center chest, left chest, or oversized print. Every garment is manually smoothed and adjusted to avoid wrinkles, static, or misalignment. Even minor shifts can ruin a print, which is why we check each piece carefully before printing begins.
