What the Guarantee Covers

Our Money-Back Guarantee applies to:

  • All standard printed products (shirts, hoodies, tote bags, hats, and more) ordered through customdtgprinting.com.
  • Printing errors that are our responsibility (e.g., incorrect size, missing design elements, or color mismatches beyond proof approval).
  • Products damaged during shipping — please retain all packaging materials and notify us promptly.

What the Guarantee Does Not Cover

The following are not covered under this guarantee:

  • Custom-designed prints where the customer has approved the final proof.
  • Minor variations (such as small color tone differences between print runs) once approved.
  • Change-of-mind cancellations after production has started.
  • Returns requested more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Return shipping costs, unless the issue was our fault.

How to Claim the Guarantee

If you believe your order qualifies for our Money-Back Guarantee:

  • Email us at info@customdtgprinting.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include the following details:
    • ○ Your order number
    • ○ A clear description of the issue
    • ○ Photos of the product showing any damage or errors (if applicable)
  • If required, ship the item back to us at our designated return address — we'll provide this information if necessary.
  • Once we verify the issue, you can choose between:
    • ○ A full refund to your original payment method, or
    • ○ A free re-print of the same item.

Processing Time: Refunds or credits will be processed within 5-10 business days after claim approval.

Shipping & Return Costs

Our Responsibility: If the issue is our fault (printing error, damage, or misprint), customdtgprinting.com covers all shipping and replacement costs.

Your Responsibility: If the claim involves a change-of-mind or a non-qualifying custom order, return shipping will be your responsibility and refunds may not apply.

Exceptions & Special Conditions

  • For personalized or custom-made items (e.g., unique artwork, custom die-cuts) where you approved a final proof, our guarantee covers production defects only, not design preferences.
  • If you delay or refuse proof approval for more than 7 days, production will continue automatically, which may limit guarantee eligibility.
  • Any modifications or alterations made to the product after delivery (such as cutting, finishing, or secondary processes) will void the guarantee.
