What is DTG Printing and how does it differ from Screen printing?

DTG printing also calls Direct To Garment Printing, which is an inkjet printer. You put the shirt into the machine and it passes the ink on the fabric. You don't feel full of ink on a fabric compare to screen printing. No limitation of colors, number of items, no setup fee. Our team use GTX and Epson DTG printers for getting high quality to make the print last for a long time.

Screen Printing is the one printing method with a giant machine that works with the help mesh and squeegee. This method is for the bulk orders and the design with solid colors. Unlike DTG printing you can't get photo quality results with Screen Printing. It also calls the traditional printing method, requires setup for each color you use on your design.

How can I know what printing method I should use for my project?

There are handful aspects that will help you to go with the right method. But the most important things that you need to know are the quantity of item and the number of colors on your design. If you have multicolor design like a photo or the design some shades and gradients you better go with DTG Printing method to get photo quality in the end.

How soon will my order be ready?

Regular production time is 4-5 business days. It can differ sometimes depends on Brand and quantity. We have never experienced the delays in our production history and still keeping to make all the orders ready on time.

Why DTG is the best way to print multicolor designs?

For multicolor designs or the design with shades, gradients DTG always comes first. This technique is designed to use Watercolor based ink - CMYK -with a smooth surface which gives Photo Quality Effect.

Is there a minimum number order for DTG printing?

Compare to Screen Printing there is no minimum in DTG Printing, however as saving tips, more you order less you pay. Our Designing Studio page will help you to see the price depends on your order details.

Of course, we do! For the orders under $200 we send the payment link for the label, once customer pay we buy that label and ship. For the orders over $200 we do it free. We mostly use
